Our Online Language Classes are an excellent opportunity for students to learn and practice a language from any location. Our classes are always fun, meaningful and engaging, and the teachers create a personalized curriculum based on every student's needs and preferences. With wonderful teachers all around the world, we can offer classes 24/7. ONGOING WEEKLY CLASSES (Monthly Tuition): Do you want your child to practice or learn a language on a regular schedule? Then a monthly tuition plan is perfect for you! Sign up for automatic monthly payments and schedule regular classes with your preferred teacher. PREPAID FLEX PACKAGES (Maximum Flexibility): Want to have ongoing classes but your schedules change frequently? Then these packages are perfect for you! Prepay a class package and schedule your classes at your convenience. PRICING OPTIONS: - Monthly Tuition Plan, 1/week: $149 - Monthly Tuition Plan, 2/week: $264 - 6-Class Flex Package: $227 - 10-Class Flex Package: $360 When booking, please make sure the time you select is with your desired teacher for the language you are interested in. You can choose the teacher's name in the dropdown menu on the calendar page. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled online class (except in case of unexpected medical or emergency situations). You can cancel by logging into your member account in the top right corner of our web page and navigating to the session you wish to change under My Bookings. Please also be sure to confirm with the teacher via email or in person during the previous session. If the student does not show up for a class, or we receive a late notification (less than 24 hours in advance), we won’t be able to make up the class, and the class will be paid in full. For monthly subscriptions, each payment cycle lasts one month. You can cancel your student’s enrollment at any time with a written request, and you will not be charged for the following payment cycle. However, you will be responsible to pay in full for the current cycle (e.g. if your automatic payments are withdrawn on the 15th of each month and we receive your email requesting cancellation on October 30th, you will pay in full until November 14th, but you will not be charged on the following payment date, November 15th). Exceptions will be considered for medical or family emergencies.
