Spanish Tortilla
Venezuelan Corn Bread
Ingredients:

2 cans of sweet corn
-
¾ cup of vegetable oil
-
1 cup of shredded white cheese (mozzarella or queso fresco)
-
3/4 cup of sugar
-
1 teaspoon of baking powder
-
1 cup of Harina Pan or any precooked White Cornmeal
-
4 eggs
-
1 ½ cups of milk
-
½ teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
In a blender add 1 ½ cans of corn, oil, cheese, sugar, baking powder, eggs and milk. Blend until you have a liquid paste.
Place the paste in a bowl and add the rest of the corn and the cornmeal. Mix everything with a spoon until you have a homogeneous paste.
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a baking pan. Add the mixture to the backing pan and bake it for 1 hour. Enjoy!!!! ☺
