Registration & Camp Hours Registration is by the week. Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Optional Care: • Early Care: 8:00 – 9:00 AM • After Care: 3:00 – 5:30 PM Early and after care are available for an additional fee and must be registered for separately. About Our Spanish Summer Camps At our Spanish Summer Camps, children immerse themselves in Spanish through fun, hands-on activities and exciting daily adventures. Campers explore a variety of destinations around Seattle—including museums, indoor play spaces, parks, and beaches. Each week brings new experiences, with specific field trips confirmed closer to the start of camp. Every day is an adventure—filled with learning, exploration, and a touch of Spanish flair! Tuition Early Bird Rate (through March 31): $513 per week Full Price (starting April 1): $570 per week Spots are limited—register early to save! Sibling Discounts • 2 siblings: Use code SIBLINGCAMP for 10% off the second child • 3 siblings: Use code 3SIBLINGSCAMP for 10% off the second and third child Financial Aid Financial aid is available. What’s Included ✔ Transportation ✔ Admission to all entertainment centers and destinations ✔ Morning and afternoon snacks Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change and strive to be as flexible as possible. Before April 1: Full refund minus a $75 non-refundable administrative fee per child, per week. After April 1: Refund (minus the $75 fee) is available only if we are able to fill your child’s spot. Medical exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Extreme Circumstances If camp is able to operate safely and your child holds a confirmed spot, refunds cannot be issued. However, if a city-wide issue or staffing limitations prevent us from running camp, families will be notified as soon as possible. If online programming cannot be provided, a 50% refund will be issued, prorated for the days missed (for example, if 2 days of a 5-day camp are canceled, 1 day of tuition will be refunded).
