We are excited to continue offering afterschool care for elementary-aged kids in a Spanish immersion setting. Our professional bilingual and bicultural staff provide a fun and inclusive environment that encourages confidence, spontaneity, curiosity, and social-emotional awareness. The Afterschool program will run on the same calendar as Seattle Public Schools. REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: In the registration form, indicate the days you are enrolling your kid(s) for, and then select the membership plan that applies to you. IMPORTANT: - Tuition registration does NOT include Wednesday Early Care or Transportation. To register for these services, please select them from the menu on our Book Now page. Cancellation Policy: The first month’s tuition is partially refundable, with a deduction of $50 for each day of the week you were registered, which covers the administrative fee. Refunds are also subject to the timing of the cancellation: Before April 1: Full refund minus the administrative fee. April 1–April 15: 75% refund minus the administrative fee. April 16–April 30: 50% refund minus the administrative fee. After May 1: No refund available. For example, if you register for a 5-day program with a tuition of $700 and cancel on April 20, the refund calculation would be as follows: $50 x 5 days = $250 administrative fee Remaining balance: $700 - $250 = $450 50% of remaining balance = $225 refund If you cancel on March 30, the refund would be: $450 refund (full amount minus $250 administrative fee). Payment Terms & Withdrawal Process: Families pay tuition on a monthly basis through our automatic payment system. While there is no long-term commitment, once a month’s payment is made, it is typically non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances. If you need to withdraw your child from the program, please follow these steps: Cancel your tuition plan in the "My Subscriptions" section of our online member portal. Send a written notice of withdrawal to info@jumponlanguages.com by the 20th of the current month. If you do so by the 20th, we will not charge you for the following month. For cancellations of both May & June, please notify us by April 20.
