Financial Aid is available through Washington State and the City of Seattle for families who qualify. Price includes: Snack. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer as much flexibility as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below: Before April 1: Full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $75 per child, per week. After April 1: Refund available, minus the $75 fee, only if we are able to fill your spot. Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation Due to Extreme Circumstances If camp is able to run safely and your child holds a confirmed spot, we are unable to issue refunds. However, in the event of a city-wide issue or teacher availability preventing us from operating, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide online programming, we will offer a 50% refund of the tuition, prorated for the days missed. For example, if a week-long camp is cancelled for 2 days, we will refund 1 day of camp
